Will has been a long time Sandia Park and East Mountains expert for 12 years. He specializes in communities such as San Pedro Creek, San Pedro Overlook and Paako. He has more than 250 property transactions within these communities earning several top producer awards for his attending years. Mr. Beecher has served as an ACC and HOA board member for the communities. As a result he has a complete understanding of the communities vision and architectural controls. Additionally, he is a proud property owner within the community.
His most recent accomplishment was his role in bringing the HGTV Dream Home to Sandia Park, New Mexico at the exclusive San Pedro Overlook. He was also recognized in New Mexico Business Weekly for the highest valued single R-1 land transaction ever recorded which he sold for an excess of $1 million.
As of May 2011, Mr. Beecher earned the elite designation of Prudential Fine Homes International. This special designation is attained by having multiple transactions within the luxury home market. He additionally had to achieve special educational and marketing prerequisites. This qualification allows Will to educate buyers and tap into more marketing power for his clientele.
Will is happily married to his wife Barbara whom he actually met at a community function in 2007. They have two baby daughter's named Hayli and Brielle. Will enjoys using his land skills by hiking throughout the nearby Cibola National Forest during his free time.
Before his involvement with community real estate he owned a picture framing gallery in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to that he served as in officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Will was born/raised in Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Norwich University Military College of Vermont. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Mexico and Massachusetts.
